Make Your Own Drum

Spend a day at the Earth Lodge learning how to make a framed skin drum.

You will receive a steamed wooden frame and a rawhide deer skin, and be tutored through the process of creating your very own drum and beater.

You will then be guided through a ceremony to introduce the spirit of your drum into its fibres.

During the course we will cook some locally-sourced venison for those who would like to partake.
