An experiment with deer skins on a larger scale, as things currently stand this is an ongoing project.
We use this for flint knapping and bronze casting workshops.
A great place to spend a day or 2 learning skills with Will-Lord
Fallow and Roe Deer Bender.
Made by Will-Lord a couple of years ago, it was a great structure but due to skins used having been salted, it kept drawing moisture into the hides and rotted.
It also looked great during the snow

The Skill required to make an arrowhead such as this needs to be honed over years but the journey of the arrow only takes a moment to either hit or miss its mark.
